Students will learn the basics of project management.
Students will become familiar with the basic techniques for planning and controlling a project.
Students should be new to project management and/or about to take on the management of a project.
This is an introduction to the basic principles of project management. After this course students will be ready to learn how to use Microsoft Project as a project management tool, and will have the pre-requisite skills which are needed for the Systematix courses Project 2002 creating a project, Project 2000creating a project or Project 98 creating a project.
