Students will learn how to use Microsoft Project 98 to assist in their project planning.
Students should already have some project management experience and a good understanding of formal project management terminology, tools, and techniques. We recommend that students should have attended the preliminary course Project Management Fundamentals, which covers all these topics, and be comfortable in the Windows environment.
Students will learn how to use Microsoft Project 98 to assist in their project planning.
Students should have some project management experience and be familiar with terms such as Gantt Chart, PERT Chart, task, critical path, and resource. No knowledge of Microsoft Project 98 is required.
Project 98 Creating a Project is the first course in this series. Project 98 Managing a Project, the next course in this series, teaches students how to track and manage a project, working on the project that is created in this course.
