In the course Project 2002 Level 1 creating a new project, you used your project management skills to create a complete project plan. This course will build upon that knowledge, and give you the opportunity to work with a project plan once it has entered the project implementation phase.
Students should have project management experience, be familiar with project management terminology such as Gantt Chart, task, critical path, and resource, and have basic Project 2002 skills. We strongly recommend that you should take the previous course in this series, Project 2002 Level 1 Creating a project, beforehand, as all the topics in that course are assumed knowledge for this course and you will be working with the same example project.
Students will learn to exchange project plan data with other applications, update project plans, create custom reports, reuse project plan information, and collaborate on project plans with others.
This course is designed for a person who has an understanding of project management concepts, who is responsible for creating and modifying project plans, and who needs a tool to manage those project plans.
