Overview

Students will learn more advanced Microsoft Outlook 2002 features for communication and organization.

Prerequisites

Windows Introduction, Internet Explorer Introduction, and Outlook 2002 2-day Introduction, or equivalent knowledge.

Benefits

Students will be able to import data, perform a mail merge, use Instant Messenger from Outlook, access a newsgroup, use the Journal, configure and secure Outlook, use the Internet with Outlook, work both offline and remotely, and create custom forms.
