Students will learn advanced features for using Outlook 2000.
Windows Introduction, Microsoft Office basic skills, Internet Explorer Introduction, and the Outlook 2000 2-day Introduction course, or equivalent knowledge.
Students will learn how to use some advanced features in Outlook, including managing and customizing their mail environment, customizing Calendar options, communicating over the Internet by using the Calendar, managing contacts and tasks, and working offline and with Newsreader.
Students should possess the skills necessary to work with advanced features of Outlook 2000.
