Illustrator 9 Introduction
Course Overview
Students will establish a firm foundation in Illustrator, by mastering the primary tools and techniques required to create complex and attractive illustrations and text effects.
Prerequisites
Although no previous knowledge is assumed, some experience of word processing software and Windows is helpful.
Benefits
Students will learn to use Illustrator's tools and techniques to create artwork and illustrations that could be used in printed materials, or for distribution on the World Wide Web.
Target student
Students do not need to have any prior experience using Illustrator or other illustration software.
What's next
Illustrator 9 Intermediate teaches students to master more advanced drawing and editing tools. Students who want to learn additional advanced features can then take Illustrator 9 Advanced.
