Course Overview

You have used Excel to simplify business tasks like creating spreadsheet, graphs, charts, and formulas. Before Excel, it was probably difficult, or almost impossible, to perform such tasks with pencil and paper. Now, it is time to further simplify your business needs by repetitive task automation in the Excel spreadsheet environment.

Course Objective

Learn to use VBA to create macros for automating repetitive tasks in Excel 2007.

Target student

The student should have basic knowledge of Excel tasks, i.e. creating, editing, formatting and printing worksheets with charts and sorted and filtered data. The student who wishes to gain the skills to apply VBA to macros development, worksheet formatting, user-interactive macros, and to perform calculations and work with multiple worksheets will find this course beneficial.

Prerequisites

Students are recommended to take the Systematix Microsoft Office Excel 2007: Level 2 course first or have equivalent knowledge.
