About Dreamweaver

Adobe Dreamweaver is a web development application developed by Adobe Systems. It was originally developed by Macromedia up until 2005. Dreamweaver is available on Windows or Mac operating systems, and can support CSS, PHP, JavaScript, ASP, Coldfusion and Scriplet. It is a very popular application for professional web designs and developers, as it offers great flexibility and productivity. Dreamweaver provides users with a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor, as well as a code editor. This makes it simple application to use to edit the layout and features of web pages, as you are able to see the changes you are making immediately. Along with the WYSIWYG editor there are tool panels to assist the user in building a sophisticated web page without having any, or very limited, knowledge about coding. Dreamweaver can be used to not only create a website but also has other related functions, such as; create and publish directories, FTP files to a web server or set up a PHP/MySQL site.

Furthermore, Dreamweaver is able to read WordPress, Joomla!, and Drupal templates and it also includes a grid system to do grid-based responsive layouts for three different device sizes at once. Dreamweaver has advanced alongside modern technology and can offer users many tools for mobile web development, and creating apps for iOS and Android tablets or mobile phones.
