1. Systematix Ltd - established since 1989 is a computer training organisation with a training centre located in Reading, Berkshire. We supply computer training to customers throughout the United Kingdom. We offer public courses on packages such as Excel, Access, Project etc. These are normally held at our training centre and they are described in a published course outline, have scheduled dates and are attended by various companies and organisations. We also offer private training courses for organisations and individuals which may be held on customer or third-party sites throughout the UK and on agreed dates.

2. Delivery Policy - Training courses are paid in advance of the training dates. In the case of on-line bookings paying by credit card this will be at the time of course booking. If paying by cheque or BACs a pro-forma invoice will be issued which must be paid at least 21 days before the course begins, on receipt of the payment a tax invoice will be issued.

3. Prices and Tax - Prices for all courses including those shown in the public course schedule are in £ sterling (GBP) and VAT at the current rate will be added.

4. Online bookings - If you place an on-line booking you will receive a confirmation e-mail giving a summary of the booking and giving you joining instructions for the course. Bookings received by other means will receive either e-mail or postal responses as appropriate.

5. Cancellations and Refunds - If you are unable to attend a course that you have booked you can substitute another delegate in your place provided that you are confident that the course is suitable for that person.

Cancellations must be received in writing, and refunds will be subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations received 21 days prior to the course start date will receive a full refund of the course fees.
• Cancellations received 14-20 days prior to the course start date will receive a 50% refund of the course fees.
• Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the course start date will not qualify for any refund of the course fees.

6. Course changes - Systematix reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course and will advise you as soon as this change is known. Systematix will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid changes of this nature. When this is unavoidable Systematix will refund in full all monies paid by the customer, or at the customer's option apply all monies to a rescheduled or alternative course.

7. Confidentiality - For on-line orders paying by credit card, we do not collect your personal credit card details, these are collected and securely held by our bankers HSBC and at no stage are they ever divulged to us. All delegate and company details are kept confidential. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

8. Copyright - The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all course materials shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Systematix or, in the case of a course developed by a Partner of Systematix, the Partner's organisation. You undertake not to copy or permit photocopying of course materials or sell or hire or use these in the running of your own training courses.
