Planning and Customising Your Coaching

The amount of time required for Coaching depends on the demands of the project and normally takes 1 to 5 working days, done either consecutively or over a period of time.

Getting Started

Before starting your Coaching programme, our Account Managers will discuss your requirements with you and document your objectives. The Coaching can then be tailored to your specific needs and requrirements. Systematix Coaching is available to anyone on your staff, irrespective of them having attended a Systematix course. Although it cannot substitute for classroom experience and is not a work-based teaching session. Your Coach will work with your employees and your company to tackle real tasks and projects to deliver the results you require, quicker and better.

How to Book Your Coaching

Systematix Coaching may be booked with our Account Managers. To achieve the best results, we advise that you schedule your coaching to take place within just a few weeks after attending a Systematix Course. By booking in advance, we will be better able to tailor your Coaching to achieve your project goals and timescales.
